Sunny Holiday & Homes offers "House Care Service"

When you are not using your home on the Sunshine Coast (between Torremolinos and Marbella), we offer to keep an eye on your home, our House Care Service keeps an eye on your home and makes sure that there are no surprises waiting for you on your next holiday in your home .

We agree how often you want us to stop by, where we check that things are as they should be. We make sure to check both inside and outside, and if we discover something that requires immediate action, we contact you on a video call and make an agreement about what needs to happen.

We can end up looking at your home once a week or every 14 days, depending on your wishes. We agree individually on what these visits should contain - but it is important that you can safely be away from your home and know that it is being monitored continuously.

The agreement can also include an "emergency call", this typically happens after a storm, where we check whether everything is as it should be - both outside and inside. This service is paid after the invoice - departure 25 euros and in addition 20 euros per hour (prices are excl. VAT).

Standard prices for supervision of the home:

Supervision every week (40 euros per time + VAT incl. driving)
Supervision every 14 days (50 euros per time + VAT incl. driving)

Cooperation agreements are made for a minimum of 12 months and are settled each month against an invoice.
