There is also easy access to Mijas Golf, which has two beautiful 18-hole courses, as well as close to many activities (Padel, tennis, ATV, horse) and beaches (6 km away).

This villa contains 3 double bedrooms – Master Bedroom with its own bathroom, as well as two further beautiful bathrooms. In the basement there is a large activity room, and there is also a large double sofa bed and TV. There is a toilet on the same floor.
From this room there is direct access to the garden with the beautiful pool and pool bar.

Large, delicious kitchen fully equipped with stove, oven, freezer, fridge, coffee machines, dishwasher etc., - and there is also a kitchen for the outside area, where there is also a large gas grill and pool bar.

The perfect home for family and friends who are going on holiday to enjoy themselves together and where there is no shortage of opportunities to be together in peaceful surroundings and yet close to everything. 25 minutes from Malaga - 20 minutes from Marbella - close to Fuengirola and Mijas.

There is air conditioning and heating in the home - in the living room there is also a fireplace for heating.

There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The pool is cleaned twice a week in the hot high season and once a week the rest of the year - so the bathing water is always top quality.
